In pursuit of our shared commitment to fostering global understanding and strengthening international collaboration, we are pleased to invite you to participate in MMSU InLeaD (Innovative Learning Development): Virtual Cultural and Gastronomic Exploration in the Ilocos Region, Philippines, which will be held on May 18–23, 2026 via Zoom, 16:00-17:30 GMT +8.
MMSU InLeaD is a short course program designed to promote innovative, interdisciplinary, and globally responsive learning experiences. The program will feature interactive lectures, virtual tours, and cultural demonstrations highlighting:
- Ilocano traditions and cultural heritage
- Traditional and local cuisines of the Ilocos Region
- Basic Ilocano and Filipino language learning sessions
- Tourism sites and destinations
Through this initiative, we aim to provide an avenue for intercultural dialogue, experiential learning, and meaningful engagement among students and faculty members from partner universities. The program also seeks to showcase MMSU’s academic and cultural strengths as a globally engaged and innovation-driven institution.
In this regard, we respectfully invite interested students to participate in this virtual short course through nomination by their respective universities. Detailed program guidelines, registration procedures, and other relevant information are attached for your reference.
